1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the dbt77 platform. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account. dbt77 reserves the right to cancel accounts and forfeit all winnings if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

As a secure platform, dbt77 reserves the right to verify the identity of every member. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or before participating in certain activities:

• Copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
• Recent selfie (with the document)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the relevant account's activities may be temporarily restricted.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Approved payment methods for depositing funds at dbt77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposits must be made from your own payment account only. Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method you used to deposit funds into your account (additional verification may be required if you wish to change the method).

4.3 Delays in Deposits & Withdrawals

Occasional processing delays may occur due to technical issues on the part of banks or mobile financial service providers, which are beyond dbt77's control. In such cases, notifying our support team will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at dbt77 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Earned bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• dbt77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The dbt77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver offers up to 0.7%, and Gold offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Tier upgrades are based on regular activity and participation. Separate terms may also apply to cashback.

6. Betting Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on dbt77, please read the rules of the relevant game or event carefully. A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Various markets are available in the sports betting section — such as match result, over/under, and handicap markets. All markets are displayed for illustrative purposes only; actual results may differ.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game or system produces an abnormal result, dbt77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bets, and the wagered amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt77 platform:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to damage the platform's systems, software, or network
• Misconduct or use of threatening language toward other members
• Any method that disrupts the fair operation of the platform

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by dbt77

In the event of a breach of these Terms, or if security or fraud concerns arise, dbt77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account without prior notice. Once the investigation is complete, a decision will be made to either restore the account or close it permanently.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses and wagering requirement statuses will be reviewed. If a balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, subject to the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The dbt77 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We will not be liable for losses arising from the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or device issues
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers
• The user's own account credentials being disclosed to others
• Certain services being discontinued due to legal changes
• Natural disasters or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where dbt77's liability is established, the compensation amount will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
